  3. Product Not as Described:
    If the item differs significantly from its online description, you are eligible for a return or refund.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Items returned without original packaging or labels.
  • Products used, installed, or altered in any way.
  • Consumables or special-order items (unless defective or incorrect).
  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Refund Process:

Shipping Charges:

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged product), shipping charges will be borne by us.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
